Todd Williams, P.E.

Todd has been in the water resource engineering field since 1996. Todd worked for the City of Greeley for 7 ½ years as a Water Resource Engineer and Water Resource Manager. Todd’s duties included operation of and planning for Greeley’s raw water system. Todd was the project manager for the Greeley Water Master Plan, which developed a comprehensive plan for Greeley’s future raw water, treatment and transmission systems. After working for Greeley, Todd became the Deputy Director of Water Resources for the City of Aurora in 2004-2005. Since leaving Aurora, Todd started his own water resource engineering firm and joined Paul Weiss to form Williams and Weiss Consulting in 2006.

Todd has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (1994) and a Master of Science degree Water Resource Planning and Management from Colorado State University (1996).

Todd’s practical knowledge of water resource operations and management along the Front Range of Colorado help clients to efficiently analyze raw water problems.

Paul Weiss, P.E.

Paul has been working in the water resources field since 1990, both in the public and private sectors. Paul specializes in computer model applications for supporting water rights engineering and water resource planning investigations and has extensive experience with MODSIM, RiverWare, and StateMod applications. While much of his work has pertained to projects located in Colorado, Paul has additional water resource and modeling experience in Texas, Wyoming, Central Asia, and Central America.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (1990) and a Master of Science degree in Water Resource Planning and Management (1996) from Colorado State University.

Paul brings technical expertise and practical experience in water resource management to water supply projects and investigations. This background ensures that the appropriate analysis and tools are selected and correctly implemented to meet the clients’ needs, saving clients’ time and money.
